Skin Sensitivity Tests - We are required by our insurance provider to perform a patch test (for Lash Extensions, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination and Tinting) at least 48 hours before treatment. These treatments will not go ahead without a skin test carried out by Maidstone Lash & Beauty Clinic. We reserve the right to cancel any appointments which do not adhere to this.
Lash Maintenance is based on up to 3 weeks wear, you must have at least 50% of the extensions left on, anything over 3 weeks, or less than 50% extensions remaining will be charged as a full set.
Make Up - Please ensure all makeup is removed prior to your lash appointment. Time spent cleaning your lashes will reduce the amount of time spent applying lashes and may incur an additional charge.
Please arrive with clean lashes – If you require a demonstration of how to do this, please ask, I do stock products that are safe to use with your eyelash extensions.
Unfortunately we do not infill other technicians work.
Lash extensions cannot be applied in the first trimester of pregnancy. We cannot perform Lash Lift, Brow Lamination or Tinting at any point in pregnancy.
Time keeping - We are extremely busy and usually back to back with clients so please remember to always be on time with clean lashes and please do not arrive early.
A non-refundable booking fee is required for some bookings. This must be paid as indicated by the booking system to secure your appointment and this will be deducted from your treatment price on the day. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice your booking fee will be charged and is non refundable.
Cancellations/No shows/Late arrivals - We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours is given you will be charged 50% of your treatment and we will require a 50% deposit in advance of your next appointment.
If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will still terminate at the allocated end time. This is to ensure we do not run late for the next client.
Refunds - Maidstone Lash & Beauty Clinic do not offer any refunds. If you develop an irritation with your lash extensions within the first 72 hours of having them applied we will remove them free of charge. If you are not entirely happy with our work you must inform us within 48 hours of your appointment so that we may invite you back in for complimentary adjustments.
We do not treat any person under the age of 16.
Please be mindful that we do not have room to accommodate your children/friends/partners/pets so we politely request that you attend your appointment alone.
